This is a rich, very cheesy bread, full of delicious East Anglian artisan cheeses with really complex flavours. It is close to being a meal in itself & very good with soup on autumn evenings. Like all our bread, it is made with a very small quantity of yeast, thereby developing more complex flavours through a longer, two stage fermentation process.

Ingredients: wholemeal wheat flour, white wheat flour, water, olive oil, Cheddar cheese, Walsingham cheese, Alpine cheese, Norfolk Mardler cheese (cow's milk, goat's milk)  yeast, salt, paprika, mustard powder. Allergens in bold.

This bread is available in small (400g) or large (800g) sized loaves, or 4 x 100g buns topped with extra cheese.
