A sourdough loaf made with white and wholemeal flours and added raisins and finely chopped rosemary. This unusual flavour combination results in a really delicious fragrant loaf which is great with sweet or savoury toppings. This is a 100% sourdough bread. This means that it contains no added yeast but is leavened by the addition of a 'starter' or 'leaven'- a mixture of bread flour & water which over time creates a gentle fermentation culture.

This loaf is made with Wildfarmed flour. 

Ingredients: white wheat flour, wholemeal wheat flour, water, leaven (white & wholemeal wheat flour, rye flour, water), raisins, rosemary, salt. Dried fruit may contain sulphides. Allergens in bold.

This bread is available in small (400g) or large (800g) sized loaves.
