Babka are a traditional Eastern European / Jewish celebratory loaf, with rich fillings folded through the dough. This version has dark chocolate ganache, dark chocolate pieces, and lots of chopped pecan nuts and is finished with cacao nibs. 

Ingredients: White wheat flour, milk, yeast, sugar, eggs, butter, salt, cocoa powder, dark chocolate ganache (dark chocolate, cream, sugar), pecans, cacao nibs. Allergens see ingredients in bold. Made in an environment that also handles: sesame, mustard.

The babka are available to order as Christmas specials for collection on either 16th or 23rd December 2023. Stocks are limited!
