This is our version of the classic Italian olive oil bread. It has a very open crumb structure with large irregular holes, and a soft, floury crust. The flavour of the extra virgin olive oil is discernible but not overpowering. Like all our bread, it is made with a very small quantity of yeast, thereby developing more complex flavours through a longer fermentation process.
Ingredients: white wheat flour, water, olive oil, yeast, salt. Allergens in bold.
This bread is available as a 400g loaf or as packs of 4 100g 'mini' ciabattas.
