This bread is made according to a traditional English recipe. It is an enriched white bread made with good quality English white wheat flour, local whole milk in place of water, and small quantities of local honey & butter. It is somewhere between a conventional white bread and a brioche in texture, has a strong crumb & a glossy, dark crust, and makes very good sandwiches & truly excellent toast.

This bread is available in small (400g) or large (800g) sized loaves.
