The same dough as our classic ciabatta, with the addition of a generous quantity of high quality black olives, semi dried tomatoes and fresh basil which make this a lovely bread for serving with antipasti and tapas boards. Ciabatta is classic high hydration Italian olive oil bread. It has a very open crumb structure with large irregular holes, and a soft, floury crust. The flavour of the extra virgin olive oil is discernible but not overpowering. Like all our bread, it is made with a very small quantity of yeast, thereby developing more complex flavours through a longer fermentation process.
Ingredients: white wheat flour, water, olive oil, yeast, salt. Allergens in bold.
